Learn how to get clients to honestly tell you what they are willing to pay for their project even when they say "I don't know." Understand the steps to becoming a "pricing expert" so you know that the job will impress potential clients with your pricing knowledge. Give your client a valuable gift on the first appointment that is NOT FREE DESIGN. Find out how to qualify potential clients immediately so you know if you are designing with Pottery Barn to Holly Hunt. Learn how to ask questions that get "yes" answers from clients. Understand how to call out an appropriate design fee for any job. Learn about offers at three levels, how much service to give for how much money.

This course will take the participant on a visual journey with stimulating imagery, factual statistics and perceptive research that supports the 2016 forecast for color and design trends. This course explores the drivers influencing future color and design trends that include global, technological, historic, psychological and economic factors with specific information on four dominant color stories for Pura Vida, Más Amor Por Favor, Noveau Narrative and Trajectory. Wine and cheese will be served.
